Anna Marie Scruggs Jones

Anna Marie Scruggs Jones, 70 of Gibsonville NC Passed away peacefully after a short battle with Cancer.

A native of Patterson New Jersey, She was the daughter of Robert & Gladys Scruggs both deceased.

Anna was a beloved wife, Mother, Grammy and A friend. She always had a smile on her face and encouraging words for anyone. Through her various travels in life she has touched so many people. Give her a cigarette, a cup of coffee and her phone she was happy!

She is survived by her Husband William Jones Jr. of 34 years. Daughters Jessica Lyles and Gladys Perez. Son Roger Scruggs, Sisters Sharlene Firth, Brenda Wermann, Anita Scruggs and Wendy Scruggs, 14 grandchildren 1 great grandchild, Special Friends who were dear to her heart Harold Britton, Charles Cousins (Boots), Nicki Elliott, Wendy Eastwood and her cherished pets Tink & Jasper. She was preceded in death by 2 sons Michael Perez and Kyle Peterson, her sister Donna Jean Scruggs.

The Family and Friends will be at Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation at 306 Greenwood Avenue Burlington NC 27215 For an open viewing from 1-3 pm, Sunday April 21, 2024.
